Process
Wrapping your company vehicles to brand and advertise your business is an essential step in growing and maintaining a loyal customer base. Unique, commercial vehicle wraps work wonders in attracting new customers and validating your business to both passers-by and current customers. Paired with additional marketing efforts, vehicle graphics further solidify your brand in customers’ eyes (and remind them you are just around the corner).
But the BEST PART about wraps is that they are the most affordable way to reach the maximum number of people in your service area. Out of all the advertising methods including TV, radio, magazines, billboards, vehicle wraps require the least amount of expenditure.
- Vinyl wraps last up to 5 years
- Thousands of views per day while driving in the cities
- No monthly fees or upcharges
- Low maintenance
- Wraps work for you 24/7 (and they don’t charge overtime)
Step 1: Design
Designing vehicles and architectural wraps requires a highly specialized group of skill sets. Our designers have years of experience in the field to provide their expert advice to our customers, they know what works best, and can create and customize pretty much any design request. We design at full scale. To start, we will show several design options on one side. Once that’s nailed down and approved, designers will create a full proof of all the sides for you to look at. After the wrap design is officially approved, the design team will prepare the files for production and we will set up the date to drop the vehicle off, or to come to you for the architectural wraps (walls, doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, floors).
Test prints are available upon request during the design process.
Step 2: Print
Many different types of machines can print vinyl, but our production team has the best printers and laminators in the industry, specifically designed for high-resolution wide format printing. There are 4 eco-solvent Mutoh printers between both of our locations in Dallas, TX and Sherman, TX. We print as wide as 60 inches which ensures fewer seams on big vehicles and practically seamless wraps on sedans. We work closely with Avery Dennison, 3M and Oracle companies for vinyl options and their representatives that keep us up to date on new films and technologies in the industry. All of our vehicle wraps are laminated fo UV protection.
Step 3: Install
Once the prints are produced, the install team gets to work. We request all the vehicles to be dropped off the night before the wrap date. Please bring it clean, but not waxed – it will prevent the vinyl from proper adhesion.
Our vinyl wrap installers are certified by Avery Dennison and 3M. Like our designers and production team, our installers are perfectionists and have a tremendous passion for what they do and attention to detail.
Step 4: Make A Statement
You’re now ready to boost brand awareness and reflect your style with your new Car Wrap City wrap.
