Car Wrap City in Sin City: SEMA 2013

You better fold now if you think Car Wrap City is bluffing about being all in for Mutoh’s exhibit at SEMA this year….

That’s right…we packed up and headed out for Sin City to be a part of the Mutoh, America Inc. booth. We had the privilege of working with not only the Mutoh team but also alongside legendary wrap guru Justin Pate too! Two of the guys from our stellar install team had a great time getting their wrap on while patrons of the show watched with “ooohs” and “aaaahhhs” as they transformed a Chevy Camaro into a true Vegas worthy ride. I’m sure with everything going on our install buddies had a wild time while off the clock in the city that never sleeps but before coming home they made sure to perfect their poker faces so I guess we’ll never know.

For those of you who enjoy a little lesson in history, here’s a little extra info on SEMA:
The SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show has been held every year since 1963 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is now the largest convention held in Vegas, having overtaken the Consumer Electronics Show years ago.

The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It draws the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products to one place, the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, the SEMA Show provides attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more.

It's more than 21.5 million sq ft inside and outside. More than 1500 companies from all over the world. If you’re lucky enough to score admittance to the event (it’s not currently open to the public) you will have opportunity to meet the biggest names in the auto industry, meet celebrities and famous race car drivers throughout the 4 days you’re there.
