Attend a Car Show, Contribute to Charity

Cowboy Santas – if that doesn’t sound like a bona fide Texan way to contribute to charity, we don’t know what does! The mission of the Cowboy Santas Program is to provide toys to children 12 and under from low-income Tarrant County families during the holiday season. They have many upcoming events and toy drives, including the “Cruisin’ for Toys – Sweet Dreams Car Club Toy Delivery”.

Cruisin’ for Toys is an annual toy drive held by local car clubs and sponsors whose goal is to collect toys for needy families for the holiday season. Every donation is given to a local family in need through the Cowboy Santas program in the city of Fort Worth. On Sunday, December 6th from 12-4pm there will be a show and shine car show where they will have concessions, face painting, music and pictures with Santa. At 4pm, they will have an escort take them to deliver the toys to the Cowboy Santas warehouse near downtown Fort Worth.

This will be a great event for local enthusiasts to come together and support a great cause. Attending past toy drives have been well over a hundred lowrider, hot rods, classics and motorcycles. There’s no doubt there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
